JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Marketing Staff  

RESPONSIBLE TO (In order):    1. Marketing Manager

                                                          2. General Manager

SALARY:   $7.25/hr

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:  Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have High School Diploma or G.E.D. within one year of employment. Shall not have been convicted of a felony in the last ten years, or any gaming related offense, fraud or other misrepresentation of any kind, or a violation of any rule promulgated by the Lottery Board, or Red Cliff Tribal Ordinance governing gaming. Applicants should be advised that the Tribe reserves the right to disqualify applicants whose prior activities pose a threat to the public interest. Friendly, professional attitude required at all times. Must be willing to work weekends, night, and holidays. Neat, clean, appearance is a must. Red Cliff Tribal member preferred, but all qualified applicants will be considered.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Individual should have a desire to work directly with the public, as a primary customer service representative for the casino. Must possess a high degree of organizational skills in addition to good record keeping ability.

JOB DUTIES:

                     1.   Emphasis on Entertainment Specialist – Karaoke and daily Shuttle

                           Program.

2.      Assist in daily promotions of the casino.

3.      Responsible for organization, and set up of daily promotions.

4.      Responsible for preparation, hand-out and collection of daily coupons.

5.      Answering questions of customers.

6.      Greeting bus tours and customers as they enter the casino.

7.      Answering phone calls for promotion department.

8.      Other duties as assigned.

SALARY:    8.00 per hour (non exempt)

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:  Must be 18 years of age or older.  High School Diploma or G.E.D. required within one year of employment.  Shall not have been convicted of a felony in the last 10 years or any gaming related offense, fraud or other misrepresentation of kind or a violation of any rule promulgated by the Lottery Board or Red Cliff Tribal Ordinance governing gaming.  Applicants should be advised that the Tribe reserves the right to disqualify applicants whose prior activities pose a threat to the public interest.  Friendly, professional attitude required at all time.  Must be willing to work weekends, nights and holidays. JOB QULIFICATIONS:  You must possess a working knowledge of payroll, accounts, receivable, accounts payable and general ledger.  Computer experience would be extremely helpful and an ability to work without direct supervision for maintaining report and filing requirements.

1.  Maintenance of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.

2.  Review/Record bill payments.

3.  Communicate with vendors regarding bill payments requested.

4.  Maintain accounting office filing system.

5.  Computer entry and retrieval of related accounting information.

6.  Other duties as assigned.
